The constitution has guaranteed all reasonable rights and liberties to the citizens making them effective through the political institutions and the court of law. The citizens are entitled to avail them in such a way that would not violate the similar rights of other persons, constitutional law and good morals. All persons are equal before the law and are entitled to enjoy equal rights and freedoms, and equal production under the law irrespective of sex, origin race language, age, personal status, social economic position, religion, education, political view, etc. Nobody could be deprived of liberty on the grounds of their arrest or detention subject to the virtue of the law. The freedoms of dwelling, privacy, communication and travel throughout the Kingdom are also enjoyed by the citizens.
