Levels of phosphorus in the final fish carcass were more affected than calcium levels
in fish fed the diet where calcium and phosphorus were omitted from the mineral premix
as compared to fish fed the control (Fig. 1). ANOVA and paired f-test (P < 0.05)
showed that fish fed the diets without the mineral premix and without added calcium
and phosphorus had lower levels of phosphorus. No mineral deficiency signs were
observed in any of the treatments.
