The Assembly was dismissed with an
explanation that it supported a communistic plan
which was contrary to the Thai tradition.
Then …
Pridi was hustled to exile.
Pridi’s supporters were removed from the cabinet.
Young military officers were dispersed to the provinces.
An anti-communist Act was passed.
BUT later in June 1933, the young military officers in the People’s party
staged a coup, dismissed the Mano’s government, purged royalists from
the army.
The new cabinet was formed.
Pridi was called back from his exile.
