MIC values ranged from 25 to 50 mg/mL. The ethanolic extracts from T. impetiginosa displayed the minimum activity against the evaluated bacteria strain with a MIC value of 50 mg/
mL. In the case of M. macrocarpa, D. loretense, U. tomentosa and E. camaldulensis, the MIC value was 25 mg/mL, the same as the one scored by A. sativum (positive control).
