Dear Jes and team,
Rambo’s computer has been attacked by computer virus, he might not be able to respond you. Here are my response on his behalf.
We did not put a screen on the end of this pipe because it was an indoor application. Usually we only put a screen on exhaust pipes that are piped to the outdoors.
Regarding to the O2 sensor alarm at that end, that was normal. Our process is N2 flushing, this is a part of a design. Based on our assessment, the risk is low, a lot lower than the connection point between sifter and transition tube of pouch which we used fabric sock. Please note that we understood then that there will not be any operator staying there under normal working condition. If our operator would have to do some work, we will need to reassess.
We can put additional screen on this end, however, this will be additional inspection point for our manufacturing operator and we will need to control. Please help assess if this is necessary in HHZ. If we do, I’d recommend a perforated plated instead.
Please let us know you latest assessment and we can discuss.
