DIgital Gurus are working in partnership with a private sector client, who are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team on a 3 month rolling contract.
You will be will be supporting users remotely and via telephone. You will be taking IT related calls within a Service Desk environment, prioritising your work and fixing the problems either over the phone or remotely.
For this role, you need to have previous working on a busy helpdesk/services working towards strict SLAs or in an ITIL environment. Skills: Active Directory, Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office. Experience with TCP/IP, DNS would be advantageous to your application.
This is a 3 month contract paying £120 - £140 per day.
Interviews are taking place next week and with a view to start straight away.
