i have a backache and sore eyes

during you sit to work if you have a backache,you should limber up for muscle relaxation and you should do exercises 3to4 times .
you should drink a lot of water and eating a full s. another important thing is adequate rest.
if you do as my advice,the symptoms will be better
i wake up late and i have a class in the morning so, i don,t have a time to have breakfast. Then always make me stomachache.
