Customers may slightly effected by the Calendar and Clock Strategies with somewhat inconvenience, but these target clients are mature enough to have rational and sound judgment toward Prego of doing more for them rather than quitting the dining experience. On the other hand, Prego will gain more customers into its restaurant.
Staff will be influenced more by customer satisfaction to outperform and the turn over rate may increase if the Prego Managements overlooks them. However, the Prego will eventually gain more well-trained service-mind staff and more loyalty dinners.
