highest superoxide radical scavenging activity

of quercetin was higher than BHA, which was in agreement
with the report of Chen and Ho (1997). For emblica extract
samples from six regions, the Chuxiong sample had a
higher hydroxyl radical scavenging activity than BHA and

higher lipid peroxidation inhibition ability and chelating
