Reporting to the Planning & Control Manager, the principal responsibilities of FRC Supervisor shall include the following in regard to his or her assigned domain:
Performing and carrying out duties as instructed or directed by the Planning & Control Manager.
Overseeing the management of fault and failure reporting, diagnosis, rectification by relevant engineers, recording and inputting into the CMMS.
Building his or her section with qualified staff.
Motivating and developing his or her team to deliver all required activities at an excellent level.
Ensuring outputs are delivered to an appropriate standard within the planned schedules.
Supporting the department head to meet maintenance targets and achieve continuous improvement.
Providing directions to subordinates regarding for the resolution of complex issues, compliance issues and potential problems related to maintenance.
Providing directions to subordinates regarding engineering activities and maintenance works of their functional areas.
Ensuring outputs are delivered to an appropriate standard within the planned schedules.
Qualifications:
Degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT or any other relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FRC or similar working environment.
Excellent knowledge in the principles and methods of Fault Diagnosis and Reporting.
Competence in methods of fault identifications, diagnosis and rectifications.
Ability to communicate in English and Thai.
Proficient in communicating, managing a cross-cultural workplace, developing organizational culture and motivating staff.
Highly motivated and flexible to work in a time-sensitive environment.
Ability to respond promptly and effectively to unanticipated high volume of works and work under pressure.
Excellent logical and analytical reasoning ability, and capable of making complex decisions.
Good interpersonal skills, quick learning & smart.
