Please find attached the information for the checking of parts stock at Phitchit Project – I have highlighted my concerns in red, the main issue for the delay in parts being processed in a timely manner onto work orders is the process – which is far too long and there are too many steps which are being forgotten or not being done.
Given the Team from KM20 came to site and explained the Process – in Thai so I cannot comment – I would like someone to please explain what is going on/wrong.
This impacts parts availability, re ordering, invoicing and ultimately the WIP and payment.
