As per our conversion this afternoon regarding the Appraisal Report prepared the Appraiser (CPM), in addition to the appraisal value of the Property (Paseo 3) based on the Cost Approach, we also need the Appraiser to provide us the appraisal value of the the Property (Paseo 3) based on Income approach to support our credit application krub.
