Why are we doing a survey?
We would like to get your inputs as what makes CP a great place to work / CP a great employer so that we can improve where we need to improve as an employer

Who is participating?
All Local S&C employees across CP Asia are being asked to participate. This input will give us a very deep understanding of employee views at a local and regional level.

How will data be gathered?
The online survey will take approx. 15 minutes. You will need to complete the survey in one sitting – you will NOT be able to save your inputs and return to your place later, so please do set aside sufficient time.
Please note that your inputs are fully confidential. There is no provision for identify individual respondents. Your honest responses are critical to the assessment's success so please be candid with your answers and complete the survey based on your own feelings and experiences.
When should it be completed?
Please complete by November 10th 2014.

What happens after the survey?
CP will get the aggregated information in a few months. From there we will share the results, possibly conduct focus groups to understand more, and then action plan to continuously improve our environment.
