I appreciate the extra information being sent, it gives us more clarity on why we aren't earning anything yet from our investment. However, why are the owners being forced to foot the bill for advertising and promotion? I understand the other items, and recall them from the contract, but don't remember anything about advertising costs. Considering you're taking 50% of the rent (separate argument I had a long time ago), I would have thought some of this would be going to these costs. Are Kalarco paying 50% of the advertising costs as well considering they get half the benefits from it?
