Registration System
-After the construction is finished, the developer must register the condominium building with the land department before he can transfer condominium units.
-Only building(s) on Cha-node can be registered as a condominium building
-The registration of condominium juristic person (นิติบุคคลอาคารชุด) under Condominium Act (พรบ.อาคารชุด) is compulsory.
