5.1.5. Intervention E The intervention of occupational health activities showed no significant changes at the factorial level. The workers perceived that the manager’s interests, involvement, and responsibilities regarding the work environment and its improvements had decreased (items 13, 14, 15). Additionally, the workers’ contributions to creating a better work environment had decreased (item 23). The intervention took place over a long period, with different solitary activities for different groups at different occasions. This, in combination with the contact person’s termination and changes in management, are believed to have been of great importance. Many of the activities were also related to individual health rather than the work situations.
