1.Moderation : Follow the basic principle of enjoying everything, but not excess. Portion sizes should be what your body need, not what your mind wants
2. Avoid visible fat : Do not eat the skin of the chicken or turkey, the fat on your steak, the heavy cream sauce offered as salad dressing or those dishes which are made with coconut milk and or have visible oil "floation" on top . Most important,avoid all deepfried food
3. Maintain your exercise programme : This is important, now more that ever. There has to be some routine in your life that will balance out some of the ills caused by indulgence.
