When we see 'faults', know that they are faults, say that they faults, and (if the faults are ours) correct them.
We can see that we too have faults. May be more than others together.
"Denying our own faults or seeing only faults in others" is "unhealthy". ;-)
Seeing faults as they are "unsatisfactory" examples against "standard" examples, helps to improve our 'quality' of discernment --knowing and recognising what right and what wrong--.
