• Develop and administer policies related Human Resources activity including organizational structure, employee term / conditions and performance management.
• Provide general administrative support to HR department.
• Providing hotel reservation and transportation for Expats, Visitors including the employees in business trip.
• Providing Uniforms, Stationery, PPE and stock control.
• Housekeeping control, Gardening, Pest Control and others General Affairs.
• Daily job posting and repost on website to serve recruitment process.
• Provide the right candidate to the line manager.
• Running recruitment process until turning to be our staff.
• Develop an effective training program and plan by cover all training need analysis for whole the company.
• Arrange the training courses and coordinate until training course are successful.
• Maintain the training records including the training evaluation and other relate documents completely.
• Providing other assignment.
