Notes: Minburi has identified 41% as potential losses in the NSD plant from which 11% have already being delivered in a 12 months horizon. Quality pillar has improved further since last time and it is now quoted by professor as the best example in Unilever. They have dropped consumer complaints by half and have eliminated all defects due to bag sealing. AM did a good job too, with zero spillage in the model area. Opportunities to improve on PM, Environment, CS&L.
