Changes in biogenic amine content
Trend of biogenic amine accumulation for Indian mackerel was
monitored during freezing and frozen storage. Of the 7 biogenic
amines analyzed, all were present in initial samples, whereas only
3 amines, namely, histamine, cadaverine, and putrescine were
recorded after freezing and during subsequent frozen storage in
