organization structure compartmentalized according to
function with customer-focused organization structure of
team operation. In new organization structure, customer
development center takes a very important position. It is
responsible directly for senior policy-maker and provides
decision support for them, while customer department and
operation department are under its vertical leadership, it is
also the team decision making and coordination center of
customer department and operation department. Its
responsibilities include establishing development strategy of
corporate customer relation, coordinating team operation
and guaranteeing realization of corporate objective.

customer department develops interactive learning
relationship with customer through various channels,
systematizes demand of customer and seeks product for
customer. Operation department organizes corporate
