Bacterial isolates were identified by partial sequencing of a region of the 16S rRNA gene amplified with primers Lac16S-f and Lac16S-r (Felis et al., 2005). For the identification of yeasts, sequencing of the D1/D2 region of 26S rRNA was carried out according to Kurtzman
and Robnett (1998), using primers NL-1 and NL-4.
