Average values of phytosterols of 95 and 270 mg/100 g of
product have been reported by Phillips, Ruggio, and Ashraf-Khorassani
(2005) for whole and ground flaxseed, almond, Brazil nut,
cashew, hazelnut, macadamia nut, pecan, pistachio and black walnut.
