29 July 2015 – DSV TH proposed the warehouse services to Performance chem (cnee) – This is the effort to crease the demurrage.
30 July 2015 – The warehouse service quotation was accepted by email; the payor was informed to be Raj chem (registered in HK)
3 Aug 2015 – DSV TH asked for supporting document for credit application of Raj Chem (registered in HK)
4 Aug 2015 – DSV TH received supporting document and run credit check with DSV HK
5 Aug 2015 – DSV HK have spoken to the relevant people (Mr. Soumit Shah and Mr. Vimal) related to the shipment; and have been told that Raj Chem only have a registered office in Hong Kong with no physical presence and the mentioned people are also based in India. Its an account handle by Manan Shah (DSV India) and any credit approval from India.
6-13 Aug 2015 – Manan (DSV India) discussed with Raj chem on the payment settlement
17 Aug 2015 – DSV TH sent reminder
18 Aug 2015 – DSV TH received the update to raise the invoice to Thai client and DSV TH contact Performance chem for confirmation. Now we have the instruction to raise the invoice to Raj Chem for direct transfer.
