I think price is subjective,
you quote us a price,
we would try to market accordingly to your price quoted to us.
Price negotiation should not compensate upon quality.
Please bear this in mind.
I understand you frustration on our claim, but take this as a lesson for us to understand each other more.
If you have a strong QC team, that will make your life easier and your customer will stick with you for long if your policy is towards quality service.
