Meanwhile, it was reported that biogas residue contained a
large amount of carbon source, nitrogen source and other micronutrients
after anaerobic digestion which could be further utilized
(Sieling et al., 2013; Zirkler et al., 2014). In this study, after corncob
was used as renewable waste feedstock for methane production by
anaerobic digestion, biogas residue was then served as fodder for
grease production as extra energy recycling by BSFL.
