Normally ISR is a viper's nest, James, encouraging anonymous poison-pen entries as it does. However, in this case the background info that has informally reached Search does pretty much confirm that ISMY is not a school I am prepared to recommend, and (in confidence) might be teetering on the edge of being dropped by Search. I do not know (indeed, have never heard of) Amber Moss, the current Director. The previous Director (Tom Egerton) was well known and reasonably well regarded by Search, but always seemed to be banging his head against a brick wall of owner obstinacy. SNA in Myanmar is probably about right.
In strict confidence again, my advice to you is to enjoy the interview as interview practice but to decline any offer (unless Myanmar is your dream location, in which case it is a country where much that is bad and rough has to be accepted with much amongst the general population and their traditions that is smooth and good). I am confident that a better school will offer you a job before very long if you keep on job-hunting.
