Project Leader
Lead the Team to meet the company target and evaluate the team’s staff for 2 Campaign (AIA, GENERALI.)
Team Management: Build, manage, motivate, train and develop the centre teams and their performance.
• Work allocation: Directs the day-to-day workflow in the Centre by
overseeing, prioritizing and delegating to Centre staff in order to meet deadlines and service levels
• Executes a call planning strategy aimed at: commercial property agents, 3rd party contacts, local community networking, and developing local partnerships in order to generate new business.
• Control Costs, including salaries and incentive programs such as
manpower of the entire project.
Control the supervisor for make sure that they can lead the team achieve target
• To be consultant the staff in my team for solve the problem
• Negotiable and contact other department for the best job
• Conduct in-depth analysis, including benchmarking against insurance standard
• Control and monitor the success of the plans
