Three things that I’ve learned, the first is about new religions such as Jainism, Judaism, Shinto and Sikhism all of it that a religions I never know before and it makes me understand how it different.
The second that I’ve learned is a symbols of each religions that sometimes I see some symbols but I never know about what it means but now I understand and can explain that is each symbols stand for what religion.
The third is I can explain culture of each religion such as Sikhism a man doesn’t sit near women so I understand more what they for example if I sit near Sikhism guy, I have to move or they have to move because his religion.
And I think it very important for me that I needs to know a little bit about religion in travel or tourism industry because I needs to take care customer for example Muslim customer don’t eat pork and don’t use dish or anything with other people so I needs to be careful about it and really concern about it. Also some of Jainism doesn’t eat meat or anything by animal so I need to serve vegetarian food.
2. What did you learn from the Blind Taste Test activity? Name three things that you got/learned from this hands-on field activity.
The first I’ve learned is people are different, someone like something but someone not so I’ve to understand about it and also respect other people style or what people like.
The second I’ve learned is when people don’t know about brand it has some effect such as people will ask about brand before they drink but I don’t tell about that so someone don’t drink it and ignore me.
The third is I learned how to promote and ask people to test our juice, such as I need to you soft tone of voice for ask, says ‘please’ for makes impression or deal with they such as “a little bit to drink, not too much.”
