Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the development of information systems for corporate and regional office.
• Managing the developed project plan together with budget control of system development and implementation in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for leading activities related to application, software development, local or regional acquisition and network communications.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for application system development.
• Ability to supervise, develop and enhance technical skills of team members.
• Ensuring that all system applications and databases relevant to projects are updated and coordinated with other business units.
• Ensuring that the companys agreed service standards are measured and achieved.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Sciences, IT/MIS, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least 8-year hand-on experience in project management, implementation and support with appropriate technical skills and also with the management of technical staffs.
• An ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy.
• Proactive leadership with strong business, analytical skills, people management experience and also the ability to work as good teamwork.
• Flexibility/Adaptability in recognition of the need for change and ability to quickly respond.
• Ability to conceptualize complex business needs and evaluate solutions.
• Previous success in implementation of a major business application with cross-departmental functionality.
• Proficient in the English language both spoken and written.
