1. The Service
1.1 The Company agrees to refer the Customer only to the Hospital and the Hospital shall provide the Customer with international standard.
1.2 The Hospital agrees to prepare the Service for the Company with the price according to the Hospital.
1.3 The Hospital may provide the Service to the Hospital’s clients and associates who are Chinese and not associated with the company of beauty-salon professionals.
1.4 The Company shall inform the Hospital about any representation related to the Services and/or the Company.
1.5 The Company agrees to inform the Hospital of the Customer’ names and provides the passport information at least five days in advance, if the Customer wished to postpone the appointment date for the Service, the Company shall notify the Hospital at least three days in advance in writing. If the Company fails to do so, the Company shall pay a penalty to the Hospital at the rate of 20 % of the Service fees. In this respect, the Company agrees that the Hospital shall have the right, upon notifying the Company in writing, to deduct such penalty from the Deposit (in clause 3).
1.6 The Company shall promote and sell the Service up to 38,000,000.- (Thirty eight million) Baht /year upon the completion of this agreement.
