Hi, I'm writing about an experience I had in one of your stores this month on May 7th at your Hang Dong branch (Near Mae Hia). Normally my shopping experience at Big C is good; I love your Cherokee line of kids clothing for example. However two things were a bit off on my last trip, and as a business person myself, I would wish to be informed about any unsatisfactory experiences. So I just want to report that the man on cashier #4 at 4:12 pm, shorted my change by 100 baht. (My total bill was 318 baht and I paid with a 1000 baht bill and 18 baht change, to which he gave me 6 x 100 baht bills). I don't know if he intended to short me (steal) or not, but i thought it was suspicious since there were 500 baht bills in the tray as well that he could have given me, and so I happened to count it back in front of him. When he saw that it was short, he handed me another 100 baht, however he didn't even bother to apologise whatsoever, and further attempted to cover up his action from other customers by telling me "oh, you prefer 500 baht bills".
The second issue is a quality issue. I was delighted to discover that you carried a Hot/Cold gel pads (by Grace Kids, in your infant department "Multifunction Gel Pad"). However, when I took it out of the freezer to use, I found that the chemical composition had changed forms, and that after freezing and it became permanently solid in form, no longer in a gel state, even after it returned to room temperature. Therefore making it useless as a gel pad.
Again, just wanted to report these issues because I'm sure you will want to have the opportunity to address them before others are affected.
