Role and Responsibilities:
• Resolve all customer enquirers and complaints in a timely and effective manner whilst upholding the company's image using the existing social media systems.
• Keep complete record on every conversation.
• Escalate complaints to the relevant departments to improve business processes.
• Follow through on every call with confirmation, letters and brochures request.
• Able to handle other channels of complaints like consumer organizations, ministries and social media.
• Service recovery - satisfying guest with professional and empathetic service in accordance to Company policies.
• Continuously strive to develop and maintain guest rapport and satisfaction by being courteous, friendly and helpful.
• Manage individual performance and able to generate own performance report.
• Always keep abreast on company's operational issues and the airline industry trends.
• Ensure reports to the manger are prepared in a timely manner.
• All reports need to be verified and error free prior to release.
• KPI performance must be at its optimum
