We’ Veritex Co., Ltd. Was so shameful that we knew that yours’ staff had sent email as well as even visited to us to follow up the payment; but We cannot give you clear picture in term of when the payment will be done. As Veritex Co., Ltd. Have facing the difficulties right now ours’ customer sole Agent in France cannot open the LC to us. And their Bank rejected the payment which we shipped out the goods to them already. Therefore it is effecting us in cash flow a lot. As well as ours’ customer cannot settle the debt to us about 10 Million Baht. Meanwhile they always keep promised to open the LC for us.
So during we informed your staff that we waiting the LC until now the LC still not yet arrived and no sound or action that we will receive from them. With the situation like this we short in cash flow therefore we cannot settle the whole debit to you. In regarding the debt about 213,411.50baht.
As informed to yr. staff that let us deal with ours’ Bank first , then we will come back and settle the payment to you and do the planning how to settle and reduce the debts in each month.
I hope you will understand me; as I never expect something like this happen too. We were worked very smoothly for the past and I thanks for all the effort that you trust on me and company.
