Whatever your role, location or background, we’ll help you get to where you want to be through our performance management process. It’s very straight forward. First, we agree a set of clear, achievable objectives with you. Then we’ll work closely with you to ensure that you accomplish each of them, regularly assessing your progress on the way.
For instance, if you need to learn a new language when you start your job, we’ll help you to develop the necessary level of fluency. We also provide great induction and work-shadowing programmes to get you up to speed.
As you progress, you’ll always know what experience, formal training, guidance and support you need to take the next step in your career, whether that’s gaining a new qualification or taking on a fresh challenge. We’ll support you to learn as much as you can – however experienced you are – but make no mistake, your development is as much your responsibility as it is ours.
