Company has three types of product sales as below;
1) Gas sales
2) CDM sales and
3) Electricity sales
GAS SALES
TBEC will established the plant in the host land (client of the Company) by using the service of TBEC engineering Co., Ltd. The Company will has its own well for receiving the polluted water from the host company. Before the polluted water reached into the Company’s well, there wil be the meter to check the level of water in the well whether the level was in appropriate level or not. If the water in the well was too much, it will release to another tank called “Mixing Tank”.
The Company wil has the random check on the quality of the water in the well everyday. Also, the Company entered into the BOOT (Build-Own-Operation-Transfer) agreement that after the finish of the project, the well will transfer to the Host company.
The Company used SCADA Syatem as the control over the quality and movement of biogas. The operation is to receive to polluted water from host company and blended such polluted water. When such water was blended, there will create the heating gas. The Company used the “Scrubber” as the filter of such gas, then the gas will pass to the “Chiller Tower” to cool down and sales back to the Host Company.
The cutoff point of sales is the time that gas passed the valve from the Company to Host Company. At that point, thre will be both TBEC staff and Host staff to read the valve. There always be the difference since the path between two valves; however, the difference must be within the acceptable conditions and level.
The Company will issued the invoice at the end of each month using the “Netsuite” to record the transaction. In every invoice, K. Gustaf Godenhielm, Managing Director, has to approve. At this point, the Company will record sales.
