23/2/2015 OIC has sent the email to GT for clarifying about the complaint of policy cancellation on 3/3/2015. The insured’s mother has complained to OIC that she went to Big C (Bangna Branch) and the agent has offered her the saving program which she did not know that is the life insurance. After she paid the premium by credit card, the agent has suggested her to change the insured to her daughter because her age is over 60 years. The agent has contacted the insured to sign in the application caused the insured know that is the life insurance so, she needs to cancel the policy. The agent told her that she can cancel the policy within 15 days after receive the policy. The policy was sent to the insured’s address but she went abroad and her maid has received the policy. The maid did not inform the insured’s mother result in over the free look period.
