I take about three pills a day since July (3 months) and honestly m. It's not s miracle pill. I haven't seen any positive results. I exercise a at least 2wice a week, but I have to admit that my diet has been high in fats (snacking on tortilla chips for ex). Had it decreased the rate of day growth? I don't know.. Honestly. Weight loss is ALL ABOUT how much food you eat and making sure you don't eat over your calorie expenditure. Because that's how weight is gained. I lost 20 lbs last yr because I ate less calories than I expended using self control, the right foods and by never loosing sight of my goal. Snacking and sweets are my worst enemy!
