Leased area: Restaurant- and pooltable area complete , stairway from street use together with Hotel, all toilets on the restaurant - floor, kitchen, 1 storage room on the roof, all in- and outside walls of he rented areas
Start 1. August 2015 ends same sublease Lars Lita with landlord
Lease with landlord exists even when Larslita no more exists.....
In the rent incl are the objects listed in attached list ( owner of subjects is Lars Lita Co. Ltd.)
Food signs left and right side entrance door are for happy steak use
Signs and airhostess on sidewalk / street for happysteak use
Use cctv for restaurant and guarantee access restaurant cameras
Stairway to restaurant from street is used by both parts
