Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, (ALL) characterized by the overproduction and accumulation of cancerous, immature white blood cells which is celled lymphoblast. ALL is the most common form of leukemia that occurs in children (age 2-5). As a public health issue of global population, ALL is the cause of death in children, if diagnose and treatment delayed. The risk factors of ALL derived from many sources of problems such as genetic, epigenetic and environmental factors (radiation, chemical injury, infections, hormones, nutrition and lifestyle). Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), is a cancer with lymphoblasts accumulate in the bone marrow , usually invades in to the circulation and spread to other parts of the body The lymphoblastic of ALL disturbed the process of normal white blood cells and red blood cell proliferation .
