IVR: We need you to determine why there is network lag between the Talking SIP servers and the SQL Server resulting in the timeouts and loss of connection to the License Manager, as well as disabling the named pipes protocol on the SQL Servers and the Talking SIP servers. Once this network lag issue is resolved, if the restart problems persists then we would like you to install Talking SIP on a dedicated (non-VM) server and re-test to see if the problem continues to occur. When Talking SIP crashes .err and .dmp files are created in the Talking SIP roof folder which you have stated are not present so you need to look beyond Talking SIP at this point as to why these restarts are occurring (e.g. at the VM level or hardware/software (e.g. OS) level).
