Shelf-life extension of foods using various methods. This is study to shelf life about vegetable, fruits , milk and milk product , ready meal and sea food. So we using different method depend on any factor of product, packaging and environment in preservation of food. This using be composed to high pressure processing, modified atmosphere packaging , coating , packaging .Then we are analysis 4 factors (physical, chemical , biological and sensory). So this result of experimental is positive in food for industry. We can take to method to applied for improve and preserve for food.
