Notwithstanding the provision of clause 2.1,at any time when Party A has to sell or transfer Shares for any reasons,Party A shall notify Party B thereof in writing. Upon receipt of the notice from Party A,Party B shall without delay purchase such Shares or make arrangement for purchase of such Shares by any other person(s).Party shall sell or transfer such Shares to Party B or such other person(s) upon receipt of the notice from Party B.
