4 * Does your supplier attached test report/ICP data to guarantee the parts containing no hazardous substances materials ?
5 Do you have plating subcontractor ? Are they any hazardous environmental related substances contaminated risk ?
6 * Can secondary(2'nd) and tertiary(3'rd) supplier/sub-contracting level management be also performed in the audit?
