To simplify the process for 2015, rather than putting a new contract in place for the remaining days in December, we could ‘amend’ her original contract’s end date by hand and have Meen and yourself initial the change of date on the original contract. This would allow you to pay her for the rest of December.
Would you see any risks losing Meen in Q1 if we do not hire her in as a full-time employee? We wouldn’t want to be in a situation where the employee starts to explore other opportunities . Is there any reason why we don’t submit a hiring request for her to be full-time in Jan since you do have the intent to hire her after Q1?
