Dear Meridian Users,

After the organizational restructuring we are in process of updating Meridian User Profile. We have found certain discrepancies in your current Meridian Profile and Outlook profile. This is considered as non-compliance during system audit. So, we need your support to identify your correct Category so that we can update our database.

Could you please send your response by 10th Feb 2015 would be appreciated.

In case we don’t get any data from your side, it will be considered that your meridian profile is redundant and your profile will be deleted from the system
