Better as I used to suggest earlier, we should gather all pending RMA in table and update its status, then, set small meeting and assign which jobs who can handle or cover to pass this situation. We should analyze our jobs and try to solve with good plan first. To find new staff will be solution then. I think we should understand our staff working presently compare to jobs on hand and Revenue also.
