Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be preferred
1-3 years experience in after sales or sales support
Experience in coordinate with inside and outside parties such as Distribution, Retail, Showroom and communicate with phone
Good communicate in English

Reporting to the Merchandizing Director, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding Customer Service through timely processing of returns and best in class after sale service processes and information systems. Ensure we are cost efficient, productive and eliminate waste and non-added value. Ensure our operating expense are in line with the budget and agreed productivity levels.
