For reasons of conciseness and in view of the above discussion,
we will concentrate on real estate prices and urban quality indicators
within the context of this paper. The urban quality indicators include
the functional mixture in the planned and realised real estate
programme, and mobility effects. Real estate values and mobility effects
were assessed largely using quantitative measures, while urban
quality was assessed mostly by way of qualitative criteria
such as the integration of the project into the city, functional diversity
and the quality of the public space (Van derWoudenet al., 2009).
